He has good level of understanding about his student's personality to find out the suitable way to train them. He never give up on his students until of unless they properly understand and perform accordingly. He takes every small steps seriously and carefully. He is time conscious. He will worth the money of every hour of your lesson. Of course very charming and passionate about his job and students. He won't allow his students for test unless he is 100% satisfied. Darsha was an incredible instructor, after having some serious troubles with previous instructors, Darsha was a patient and extremely friendly individual which was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble, I had troubles at first but Darsha broke everything down step by step in a clear and understanding manner which in my eyes, was fantastic. Thanks for all your help in passing my driving test. What I really liked about your style was trying to understand my week points and specifically stressing on those rather than just letting me drive randomly. Liked the specific dots placed in the car as reference points. Most importantly I felt your positivity rather than just trying to dupe a candidate into more lessons. After several failed attempts at learning to drive with other instructors I had really lost my confidence with driving. However from lesson one with Darsha my attitude completely changed and I actually found myself enjoying driving for the first time.
